Is your favourite pastime tracking your delivery? Because same.

US ORDERS:

For all orders placed after 9pm PDT 08/25/25.
All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of the parcel. To track and manage the delivery of your parcel through DHL, click here.
 
For all orders placed prior to 9pm PDT 08/25/25.
We offer an authority to leave option provided the delivery driver determines the location to be safe. To track and manage the delivery of your parcel through Australia Post  Once your order arrives in the US, please use the USPS portal.
 
Alternatively, you may wish to use the live chat feature on our website and select ‘Track and manage my orders’. Please note, you will need to enter the email address used to place your DISSH order. 

ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF US:
For orders shipped via DHL, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of the parcel. To track and manage the delivery of your parcel through DHL, click here.

Shipping Costs

Your order may qualify for free shipping if it meets the order value requirements. Shipping costs may vary depending on delivery location. All shipping costs are outlined in the above table and will be shown at checkout prior to purchase.  

Shipping Timeframes

We're eager to get to you, too. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to by the courier and may vary depending on locations. We do not offer any additional expedited shipping services. Please refer to the above table for anticipated shipping times.

Damaged and Stolen Parcels

It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. DISSH are not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been delivered to the nominated address.  

DISSH are not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address. We are in your care now. If the package is damaged and you refuse to sign for it on the spot, all responsibility will be borne by us.

Return To Sender Parcels

If your parcel is being returned to DISSH, please reach out to our Customer Service team to arrange redelivery.
